⚜ About

↢ Who we are ↣

Our names are Clarine and Gregory and we’re Maison Therese. As cousins we grew up living together with our grandmother, Therese in North Miami Beach. Her cooking and the recipes she passed down to our parents were a cornerstone of our upbringing. As born n’ raised Miami locals, we also had the privilege of enjoying food from all over the Caribbean and Latin America with no barriers to access. Miami has grown and evolved a lot since then, including the dinning experience. We were particularly dismayed by the lack of Haitian options in Downtown, Brickell and Miami Beach to name a few.

When Therese passed away, we decided to create a business to support our family and to serve as an outlet for Haitian-inspired drinks. We look forward to participating in our community, experimenting in the kitchen, and sharing our experiences with you!
